Life is Lived Through "Movement"

"Movement" is the means by which we express ourselves in the way we live.

That which impairs, inhibits or restricts movement creates vulnerability in our lives and that of total expression. Hence, movement each day is essentail to truly be healthy and well.

When the body becomes injured or over-stressed, appropriate movement is essential and the means by which our bodies re-oraganize itself.

"We were designed to be moving and move."

Nutrition for Performance & Longevity "Live Foods"

Proper Nutrition isn't the only aspect for a Life of Performance & Longevity.... but it's a huge component of it.

To truly Tap-In in to "Whole Body Energetic Potetial" we really need to appreciate the superiority of "Live Foods" vs. Dead Foods (processed, refined, over cooked, genetically- modified)

Thats right the way we prepare or cook our foods really matters....alot.

"Live Foods" have an energetic component that exchanges and tanslates to the energtic enhancnement of our cells. Any time we impact the energetics of the cell(s) positively or negativley we impact the whole energetics of the body.

'Live Foods" are primarily "plant-based' ... so it is very important that we include in our daily nutritional intake an appropriate plant-base food intake (approx. 70%or more).

Some of Benefits of Regular Consumption of "Live Food":
- Improved Energy and Vitality in appearance & performance.
- Increased muscle and skin tone
- improved digestion
-stronger immune system
- decreased oxidative stress and inflammation (the gaitways of all disease..including Diabetes, heart, Cancer, etc.)
- balance Phd - prevent excess acidity in body ( also a gaitway to cellular break down & dis-ease)
(improves top end performance ... enhance resitance and reconciliation to dis-ease)
- if you do get hurt, injured or over train....accelerates healing and recovery.
- assits to preserve youthfulness longer.
...these are only some of many.

This is only the 'Tip of the Iceburg" but we also want to keep it simple applicable and not overwhleming.

Hope this helps to get you started ...
